Can i take my sim card and put it in a new phone?
I currently have a HTC One and a Tarrif both purchased with O2.
I have completed all the payments for my HTC One sometime ago and happy with my current tarrif which is the only bill i have to pay.
I have the opportinity to get a samsung galaxy s9 from a friend and wondered if i could just transfer my sim card to that phone?
Thanks,
G

You will just carry on as before. You are getting a new sim, this wont affect your tariff at all.
Best of luck...(and welcome to the forum )

Hi @GravyTrain
If your sim fits you can put it in any phone. (it could be a 3-1 sim which pushes out to fit)
The HTC One takes a micro sim and the S9 a nano sim
I recently purchased a Note 8 and am using the sim from my last phone.
If it doesn't fit by pushing it out to make it nano size, it's easy enough to get a new sim from an O2 shop and ask them to transfer everything over for you

Great thanks very much.
And just to clarify if I need to get a new simm I can just continue paying my current tarrif to o2 (i.e. i don't need to get a new tarrif contract to get the new simm?)
Thanks,
G
