New Customer Frustration - Sign in issue with no phone number accessible

Incredibly frustrating situation at the moment. It all loops around to the same steps, essentially resulting in 2x perpetual issues - I am locked out of my phone number and I can not access my o2 account because it sends a code to my phone.

My number was ported from another network today, but i haven't received any eSim correspondence from o2 to have it activated on the o2 network. I can't speak to customer service because they keep sending me a QR code that points me to the app, which i need to sign in to. I can't call 202 because I don't have a sim card active.

We also advise against esims as they create too many issues, esp the one you are experiencing now.
