Upgrading from PAYG to Pay Monthly

Hello

I was wondering if it is possible to upgrade from PAYG to Pay Monthly but keep my iPhone 5 which I am currently using, and also keep my number?

Hi.

Yes just ask for a sim only contract.

Make sure you dont open up a new contract but upgrade instead.

You will be required to pass a credit check.

Phone O2 {contact numbers are in the 'contact us' tab at the bottom of the forum page} or upgrade online or visit an 02 shop.

I'm sure you know but just in case not the iphone 5 doesn't work with 4g if that was something you were considering

If the OP is on P&G then he will have to take out a new contract.

Once you get your new sim you can move your P&G number over to it online www.o2.co.uk/keepmynumber
