Upgrading after phone broke

I am trying to order a new phone after mine has completely broken (cracked screen and water damage so wont turn on).

I tried to order an upgrade but at the checkout it said it would send a code to the phone registered with the account but obviously I cant recieve this code.

Is there any other way I can still upgrade without my old phone working?

You can upgrade by phoning if you have decided on your upgrade

Are you able to put your sim card in another phone if it hasn't been damaged @AW22 ?

bit nervous about putting the sim card in another phone in case it got wet!
