Solved: Tariff more expensive for existing customers ??

Hi, i was considering upgrading and wanted to get tablet ipad pro 10.5 inch. As i was browsing I found tariff for 29.99 upfront and 38.50 monthly - there was a discount for device or airtime plan (i was not logged in) and it was saying that is even cheaper if youre existing customer, so i logged in and found out that price rose to 41 per month ..so instead getting better price I got offered even worse price? for the very same tariff on very same device. I contacted support and reported problem but nothing has changed ...does it happened to anyone else or do I have some issue with browser or anything?

O2's policy is the same deal for everyone so I don't know what you're seeing.
You can get a family plan discount if you are an existing customer though.
