I'm reading so many conflicting posts. Can you pre order new devices for switch up in store? Eg the new S25 ultra?

I know previously you had to pay a £50 deposit

As far as we know, yes, you can still pre order in store and pay the £50 deposit.

Best thing to do is go to a store, as we are all basing it on past experience and as none of us work for o2 we dont know if anything has changed.

You can try and call the store or pop in and ask, I wouldn't bother calling customer services.

Thank you. I popped into store today.

Ended up pre ordering new phone, getting a tablet and still cheaper than what i am paying a month now.

There was just a £30 up front fee to pay for the phone

Did you pay the £50? I’ve been told I can’t pay the £50 and my switch up isn’t due until 30th January
