Please check your My O2 app. When you log in, it will tell you if you've incured any extra charges.
If you go to manage your account- view your bolt ons, you will find your spend cap limit. We cannot access accounts from the community forum so i will not be able to check for you. Here is a link where you can find more info on Spend cap https://www.o2.co.uk/help/account-and-billing/spend-cap
