I preordered the S25 and S25 Ultra and was given 2 codes after a 7hr conversation with possibly the worst customer service experience I've had in a very long time. I was assured by the representative I spoke to last that both sets of Buds3 Pro were now ordered tho there is a waiting list due to the demand which was fine. Now it turns out this was a lie as even tho £40 was charged that day, the pending payments have now been returned to me and I am still no closer to getting my 2 pairs of buds. I no longer have my codes as after the promise of the problem being resolved, I deleted the codes as I believed the lies. Can somebody please sort this for me before the offer ends and I'm told that I have missed out. I refuse to spend over £200 on each pair of buds and will be extremely annoyed if it turns out that I don't get to take advantage of this offer due to exceptionally poor customer service., perhaps I'll get mre help on these forums, tho I am not holding my breath.
