Site not loading over O2 network

The site I own normally loads fine over broadband and O2 4G.

But for the last four days, it appears that there's been a network problem. Multiple users have confirmed the same issue. A traceroute command suggests that the browser request from my phone is hanging on the following IP:

195.66.227.153

this is owned by:

inetnum:	195.66.224.0 - 195.66.231.255
netname:	LINX-PEER-LON1
descr: London Internet Exchange (LINX)
descr: Primary Peering LAN in London

Is there a technical person at O2 that I can report this to?

Thanks,

Ian

Only via customer services.

The social media channels might be the most sensible option.

Guide: How to find help & contact O2

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

If the IP is hanging in LINX then it is a problem routing your domain through the peers, what makes you think its an o2 issue..  Have you spoken to your webhost??

Without knowing the domain, or where it is hosted then its hard to pin point the problem...

And I will brutalluy honest Customer Services wont have a clue about any of this...

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company

Clearly customer services can't fix it. They can't fix failed ports, sim activations or missing OTP's.

However, @iwilliams asked how to report it to tech services and the only way, as I said, is via customer services, unless, of course @Dave-O2  is bored with nothing else to do 😎

Hi there,

I had a text battle with customer service yesterday - and so all the info is in CIT-A166605. They initially told me that a mast near me was in need of repair - but I think I eventually convinced them that the problem was UK-wide. About half an hour after finally ending the chat, the problem has gone away - so I'm assuming that a hamster somewhere has been fed 🙂 And this morning, the traceroute on my laptop (tethered to my phone) is finding its way to the right destination. Any insights you can offer from the issue log would be very interesting. Thank you for responding.
