Hello, my phone this morning has stopped allowing me to make outgoing calls, and i cannot even call 202 to get hold of you. Can you please see if something has happened on my account URGENTLY please. Call me on **********.

You will need to contact O2 directly, @Jackson1 - in an O2 Shop, with valid photo id, or via Social Media using either of the links just below.
If your phone uses a physical SIM card, does the SIM work in another phone?

I would try getting through on Facebook messenger that way I did it n they got back to me straight away
