Hello,
Extremely long story short. After a total of 10 hours talking to Apple and O2 for four days about many issues one of your advisors was adamant I needed a new SIM card. Just put new card in new iPhone and No Service!
Any help gratefully received

If there's no service on your original sim, you need to contact O2 from Skype or another phone.

When it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.

Great, thanks. Absolutely no use when I can't receive or send a text because of No Service.
