I have apple Iwatch 5 with a data plan £5 per month when I go onto the watch app to set up data I get oops can't connect to let me put in user name or password says error code 10 .This is also happing on my partners Iwatch 6 now so annoying

Unable to connect to local internet abroad on my iPhone
