Seeing as i receive my money every 27th of the month, & my payment date is on the 18th of every month, is there any way to change my payment date to a later day in the month?

That is something  about which you will need to contact the Payment Management Team. They can be contacted on 0800 902 0217

The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
