I ordered a SIM on 29/11/2024 (order number NC********) and received an e-mail confirming the order and that it would be delivered to my address on 06/12/2024 but it still has not arrived and am unable to make phone calls. When I try to log into my o2 account, it tries to send a 6 digit security pin to my mobile number but i don't receive anything which i assume is because i do not have a SIM. Please can you look into this for me.
