I placed an order on 17th of December and it STILL has not been sent. It’s driving me crazy. I have contacted people through online messaging, on the phone, made a complaint and the response was “internal feedback provided”. Still no phone 4 months later.. I’m going crazy! I tried FCA who o2 told me to speak to if I wasn’t happy with the resolution, who actually said they couldn’t help. All I want is the order sent. Baring in mind I’d probably get a much better deal now. P.s. I have tried cancelling twice, and they said they can’t because it’s “in processing”. Please. Any thoughts welcome!
