Hi all,

Second time switcher up-per here, first time doing it by post. Phone sent back, checks past, confirmed on 4th December. Bill has been generated and o2 is still charging me for the old phone. Having read a lot of post on here already about the mess that is o2 switch up system by post, I'm starting to worry that I'm going to be another victim of a shocking system where o2 carries on charging for a device I no longer have, over the coming months. I've been on a phone call and social media to customer services and both say they've passed it on, but given what I've read I'm skeptical. Is there any proven way to make this company actually do something? I refuse to pay for a phone I no longer have and given the ammount of stories in here about this issue, it makes o2 seem like crooks who arent interested in fixing the issue.

@MrD24

It seems to take some time to check them in but they do get there eventually. Part of the reason why I would always do it in store and never by post.

Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (X) (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.
