Hi,
I ordered an upgrade for Christmas and it's still not here. I get a standard text everyday saying "Your recent order has taken us longer to process, sorry about that. Your order should be with you in the next few days. Our carrier will text you in the next few days." Can someone tell me what carrier this would be please? Carrier pigeon perhaps?
I ordered on the 19th December 2024 with next day delivery......

It seems the warehouse had a serious issue and was closed for sometime delaying the sending out of phones etc.
You may have read this on the many posts here.

Yep, caused by a chemical leak in a shared facility.
Lots on here about it.
