Dear O2 Customer Service,
I am writing to request the cancellation of my O2 SIM Only plan for the number [MOD EDIT: Personal info removed]. I have recently completed my one-year studies in the UK and have now returned to China. As I will no longer be residing in the UK, I will not require the use of my O2 service moving forward.
My current plan is as follows:
O2 SIM ONLY 30GB
Unlimited UK Texts, Unlimited UK Minutes
12 Month O2 Sim Only
Renewal Date: 15 November 2024
Monthly Charge: £8.00
According to your website, my next bill is due on 15 October 2024 (in 6 days), so I would appreciate it if the cancellation could be processed promptly to avoid any further charges.
Please let me know if any additional information is required to complete the cancellation. I appreciate your assistance and look forward to your confirmation.
