New Customer to O2

HelloI have newly joined to O2 and i am unable to make calls and send texts with it, however i can receive the calls, texts and use the data. Could someone please help me on it?

Overdue Phone Bill

Can't contact 202 due to poor reception and want to cancel contract

I want to cancel my contract and have already requested my PAC code. How do I give O2 my notice? I've tried the virtual assistant which is useless, and I can't find an email address. The signal on my phone is awful and so I can't call the 202 number....
