Hi
I just transferred from EE to O2 and my old number has failed to transfer over so far. This seems to be a recurring issue with O2 from the posts I have seen in the O2 community! My old number is linked to personal and work accounts and so I really need the porting issue resolved asap please.
Any advice would be grateful!

Failed ports are a recurring issue with all networks, due to the number of steps and changes involved, which relies heavily on your old network...
About time the scrapped Mobile Number porting, or paused it until they find a better solution
Have you had a port date from o2, and is your EE sim card still active? If you have a date and it was meant to be today, then officially it can take upto 24hours to complete.
I would reach out to customer services on 202 from your 02 phone or 0344 809 0202 from any other phone, best time to call will be at 8am tomorrow, as that way they can speak to the porting team..
