Phone not recognising sim

I am using HTC Desire 310 dual (0PA2200).  I lost my Sony Xperia. The phone that I am using is not receiving or making calls. Any suggestions

If you have reported the old phone lost to o2 they will have put a block on your account.
You need to call cs to have it lifted http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

I lost my Sony Xperia that I had. I had make use of available phone on hand. I swapped the sim and inserted in the HTC Phone. I am unable to make or receive calls

Sounds like there is still a bar on the phone. Call customer service to have it removed

I Have just bought an Lumiere 550 from O2 and tried to put the iphone sim on my O2 account into the phone but it does not recognise it.

 

What can I do.
