Hello, I've got a new O2 £10 Big Bundle SIM card and I was listening to 'Info Hotline' on the phone. It says I'm on O2 Simplicity.
I'm thinking about sticking with O2 Simplicity, but I read a post from someone on here from 2020 who said they made there first top up with O2 Simplicity and were moved to Big Bundle.
So my question is - is O2 Simplicity still available and if I top up £10, will it deduct £7.50 for Unlimited texts for 30 days....or will it change to Big Bundle?
Thanks

o2 simplicity is long gone from what I recall, the only plans now available to new customers are Rolling Plans and Bundles.. So if you top up it will take the money for a Bundle Plan..

All unactivated PAYG sim cards show as simplicity.
You need to top up with whatever amount you chose when ordering and that is the bundle you will be on.
You can change bundles in your MyO2.
