I added a new phone to my existing account. No problems, I received an enforcement and termination notice and £750 has been taken from my account today. What on earth is going on?
has this affected my credit file? Grateful for help

I would suggest the payment management team first off
You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Thank you for your response. Looking at in more detail I don’t think it appears on my credit file however it would if I hadn’t had the £750 taken today. I’ll call them tomorrow
