Phone Bill paid but services still restricted

My services were restricted as I missed my monthly payment 2 days ago, I then paid straight away but my services are still down. It’s been 48 hours.

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217 or 0800 032 5302

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm

Sunday – 9am to 6pm

Seriously consider a Direct Debit as it will save you all the hassle that comes with being cut off

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
