I have paid my bill how do I get the bar removed from my account?

Usually takes 48 hours for payments go through

You can check with O2 by one of the methods in the help guide

Consider taking out a direct debit to save hassle in the future.

You need to speak to the payment management team  Their direct number is 0800 902 0217

The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
