Payment issue for my monthly contract

I had a text from O2 earlier stating a monthly payment of about £14's failed because I'm currently in financial hard times and am struggling to pay regular Bills and stuff.

I have some money on my cash card, just enough to pay it (I think), if I was to pop to the Meadowhall Store this weekend would they accept it?

I don't really want to have to phone CS due to the 2 way difficulty with accents.

The payments are for my device plan and airtime.

I spoke to CS on 202 this morning, to say the Foreign guy I spoke to was worse than useless would be a MASSIVE understatement! I freely admit I have NO patience but to have to repeat myself 5 times or more because the guy couldn't hear or understand me gets incredibly annoying, incredibly fast! Especially when I was on speaker phone on my mobile and I have a loud voice even when I'm not shouting due to profound hearing difficulties.

@madasaf1sh Would there be a way to pay it off online on the O2 website? Preferably without having to ring 202?

I paid the £14.49 debt on my account yesterday, yet I've just had an official email from O2 saying my service is restricted because I still owe the £14.49! They sent me a text after I'd paid to say it'd gone through so what's going on?

Contact O2, @MrRichAllen1976 - nobody here can access your account:

https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

Most likely your payment and an overnight alert passed in the night and missed each other.
