I want to make a partial payment towards my next bill but I need my O2 details - because there's a restriction on my account I need them to make a payment - I was down at my bank yesterday & they said as long as I can get my O2 details, this shouldn't be a problem.

This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (or specific Payment management number -0800 902 0217 )

You need to call Payment Management and they can provide all the information you need to pay in branch, just so you know this can take upto 5 working days to reach your o2 account.
