Hi there,
I recently requested to give my 30day notice for cancelling my tariff over the phone. Without being clear the girl simple disconnected my line.
I now have no means of being contacted or accessing vital apps for my job. I am also unable to request the PAC code via text. Not only have I paid for the entire month in advance that I now can’t use but I am at a loss with trying to get in touch with o2 having to rely on using my partners phone.
I called customer services again, they were apologetic and assured me that the matter should not have been handled in the way it was and was told I would be sent a code via email. Over 24hrs later I have no code still.
Any help would be greatly appreciated
