Hi everyone,
I pre-ordered and received the S25 Ultra at the end of January, but after waiting a while and seeing there were issues, I have yet to receive the code for the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro. They weren't a major reason I bought the phone, but I definitely wanted them and I can't seem to find the right place to contact O2 through regarding it. Any help would be great!

If Guide: Gift with Purchase does not help, then a tag to the forum manager, @Dave-O2, should help things - he's not back in until Monday though, so expect a request from him here for more info sometime later on Monday.
