Overseas & need to end contract

Hi,

 

I have moved to New Zealand and need to end my contract with O2. However I can only seem to be able to do this over the phone. Obviously due to international call charges I want to avoid this. 

Is there a live chat or way of doing this without an extortionate phone bill?

You need to call, but you can use skype, follow this guide here Guide: A Guide to Skype  and call +44 800 902 0217 and then you can speak to an agent. 


Bare in mind the call centres are open from 8am UK time till 10pm UK time only.
