Online Topping Up

Hi, 

 

I relocated to Abu Dhabi, but I still need my O2 phone to function. I tried to top it up using my Abu Dhabi's credit card, but it says: "declined.'' I tried another credit card for a friend (based in Abu Dhabi as well), but the result was the same.

 

Any suggestions to fix this problem?

You can only use a UK based card to top up..

You may be able to use paypal via this route http://www.mobiletopup.co.uk/o2

If really struggling then contact CS or ask a friend to use a UK card to top up for you

Thanks it worked, but when using 4444 (from my o2 mobile phone) or 08456 062 277 (from a landline) to redeem my vouncher code, it does not connect from Abu Dhabi.

 

Is there number to top up from outside the UK?

The only number you can call to top up from abroad is CS and ask to be transferred (int rates apply)
