pay and go sim error

Anonymous
Not applicable

I took my sim out of one phone to try in another and when replacing it, it no longer works. I had topped it up a few days previously so knew it was in credit. I tried to explain it all to the guru woman but she kept saying I had no credit and that was why the sim did not work. She said she would send me a new sim with the same phone number. Of course it is not the same number. So how do I get the original sim to work again ? Does anyone have any ideas please.

If you now have a new sim you need to get CS to transfer your number to it. This will move your credit too.
Also try the sim in another phone as you may have damaged your sim reader.
