Having an absolute mare since switching and porting my number to o2, so after sorting the above problem i find i had no voicemail so contacted customer services to try and resolve it and they assured me it would be activated in the next 24 hours, this was Saturday and today i cant receive phone phone calls, but i can make them ok, it,s just been a nightmare,

@Andrea48

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.
Thanks.
