@O2Sarah- Sorry to tag you directly however I have noticed you've been quite helpful to several people regarding this specific issue. My phone number has not ported over from Tesco Mobile for over a month now. I haven't had access to this number throughout this time and O2 customer service have been of no help. Nobody knows whats going on. Is there anything you could suggest or help with? Thanks alot!
