Hi any one help me Start porting(transferring number) from Plusnet to 02 on 30th may 2022 don't happen till 31th at 7am O2 sim say no service no SIM Plusnet when off at 2pm No service so now I have no working number Plusnet say no service but know it on Plusnet (that normal I think after port) 02 just say no SIM no service try in both old and new phones need my phone working for work etc

Just keep rebooting the phone that has the new SIM in it, @Lee2k23 - if still no joy after 8am, call O2 on any of the numbers in here: Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support or reach out to O2 on Social Media, links below. Ports are taking longer at the moment, hopefully it comes through before the long weekend ahead.

Old SIM (Plusnet) show Plusnet / no service in both phones O2 sim as no SIM/service in Sony Xperia and SIM error in old iPhone. I've try clearing no charge
