I never received sim card from O2, how can they charging me, I didn't obtain any service from O2, it is ridiculous

If you mean you have no contract with O2, and this bill landed out of the blue, then you really need to contact the O2 Fraud Team. They will be able to set you straight, including making sure your bank details or a charge or credit card have not been compromised.

You are best calling at 8am when the Call Centres open.
