Just curious... when organising a return online, for an online order, its now giving the option of Posting Back or returning instore. I didnt think an online order could be returned in store. Is this a new thing?

You always had to return to where you bought it from be that store or online
If this is a new thing I doubt the stores will be aware of it....

It must be, as not heard of that one before... Would be nice to see o2 doing something to help customers...

Yeah thats what I always thought, if you buy online you return online and vice versa so was surprised to see that option.

Don't know the exact numbers @garetc but they have been bringing them back in house since 2022, so can't imagine there are many, if any, left now.

My local store was a franchise but recently they closed for a refurb which I assume would have coincided with it being brought back in-house.
