I have a new iPhone 7 which won't connect to the o2 network. It has replaced my old SE which is still connected, and I don't know if there's something I need to do to deactivate the network on my old phone, in order for the new one to connect?
When I look at Settings, General and About, it says SIM no provisioned. I can't see this same issue on the forum here, and can't get in touch with o2 via phone.
Thank you in advance for any help you can give me.

@SLawless Sim swaps aren't working very well at present. If your old sim works, or you can find the right size using the perforations you'd be much better off doing that right now. If the sim swap goes awry, you could wind up with no service, and you won't be able to get through to customer service to sort it out.

Is this a new sim or are you using the same one?
Where did you buy the phone?
Use your old sim if it is still working

It's a new sim - I'd asked for a new one as I didn't know whether the SE and 7 had the same sized card. I bought the phone and sim directly from o2, and I'd had my last phone from them too.
I'll try to swap the sims over and see how I get on, thanks.
