I am not sure whether I am still under contract with O2. Could you please advise me?
Also I am on a 5Mb tariff which you state costs £22.44 oer month and a I am paying £23.44 per month. Please advise why I am paying extra.

First the contract - this would be shown under your tariff, either on the web or the app.
Second the charges - you can see this under bill details, a how to guide is below.
