Hi i rang up in may to change my bolton so i had unlimited data ive had my bill and another due there is no way i am happy with paying an extra £20 per month for a bit more internet that is disgusting!! If this does not get lowered then i am going else where that is so bad ive been with yous for years now and this is the first time that im thinking of leaving its scandless

This is not customer services, but internet costs money to o2 in bandwidth usage, so the charges are what they are...
If you dont need the bolton then cancel it, and look at changing your tariff, have a look in myo2 on the website and change it.
IF you want to cancel then you will need to pay off any device plan if applicable or any termination charges if not on a 30day sim only Guide: Cancelling Your Contract
If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you change tariff.
