I want to change my tariff to the lowest possible as I have moved to Australia

What tariff are you on currently?

If a Pay Monthly then you will need to wait until you have settled the current contract.

Then you might be better off moving to a sim only tariff.

Are you staying with O2 in case of returning home to visit?

I'm asking, as I expect you are currently using an  Australian sim?

Either way, you may be better off contacting O2 and asking their advice.
