U r taking money out of my account and what is this actually for as none of us seem to be with yourselves

This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 202, 0344 809 0202, or specific payment management number 0800 902 0217

@SE1 Sounds as if you're the victim of a fraud. You should contact the police as well as contacting O2.

If these are direct debits and you are certain you have no accounts with O2 cancel the direct debits with your bank ASAP and also speak to your bank as you may be able to get a refund under the direct debit guarantee. But also speak with O2 and action fraud as you’ve been advised by the other posts
