I have a low data allowance, because I don’t usually use a lot. However, I have been on holiday and exceeded my normal allowance. Since I previously asked for the facility to overstep my normal limit, do I need to take any further steps to avoid a heavy overcharge? I expect to pay for the excess usage anyway.

Hi @Ronward

If I need more data I use a data bolt on. One off payment, and any left over from that month pops into next month, then stops if not used up.

I would expect that it would all return to normal in your case going forward. Just paying for the excess data.

PS

If you have  asked for more data to be added on your account this would be ongoing.
