Hi, I have received my redemption text from o2 regarding s23 ultra buds2 pro.
I follow the link to the o2 shop, follow all the procedures, credit applied etc.
When I press checkout, it says there is a problem and to call 202. When I do this, the customer services say to a Samsung promo which we all know is wrong. Any suggestions?

I have been told by @O2Georgina that she can't help with this one.
O2 ARE the ones dealing with this promotion, NOT Samsung, so you need to keep calling them until you find someone who knows what they are doing.
All numbers to contact o2 are here.
Call 202 from your mobile or 0344 809 0202, 0800 902 0217 or 0800 032 1402
If you have no access to a phone then use Skype to call 0800 032 1402 Guide: A Guide to Skype
When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling,
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.
Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.
8am is the best time to call.
FURTHER INFO: THIS IS A KNOWN ISSUE TO O2 WHICH THEY ARE LOOKING TO RESOLVE ASAP

I eventually spoke to Raul? at Customer services who has put through a request for a new code to be sent. Hopefully this will resolve the issue.
