Hi,
I signed up from three to o2 six days ago. The port from my PAC didn’t go through on time but after the third day I started getting calls again which is great. How ever my number hasn’t changed in the setting on my phone and it won’t let me change it manually. If I don’t sort this I will lose the right to use FaceTime and iMessage ok my number in about 23 days. I’m really worried I am going to lose my number. I’ve tried going into the shop and calling o2 but they just fob me off. Can anyone help?

Try resetting the network settings and then reboot the phone
