Hi back in 2023 bought a galaxy book laptop it came with airtime plan. Still paying both. I have read after 24 months I can cancel my airtime plan, but see no option to do this within my O2 account online. I am still paying off my device plan. Thing is I dont even have the sim card as I never actually used it - so how do I go about cancelling the airtime plan only - unless I read it wrong it does say airtime and device unlinked after 24 months. Hoping I dont need to call O2 to do this.

any advise appreciated thanks

@Dino1968

For customers who took out an O2 Refresh contract on or after 17 December 2021
If you decide to end your Airtime Plan within the first 24 months of the Device Plan, you’ll need to pay off your Device Plan in full when you end your contract.
If you're cancelling after 24 months but still within the minimum term of your Device Plan, your Airtime and Device Plans are unlinked. This means you can either; (i) continue paying for your Device Plan in instalments, or (ii) pay off your Device Plan in full.
