Hello. After late payment still can't use phone number. No connection. Can't call, send messages, no internet, as well other people can't call for me, do not receive messages.

That will take a few days after your overdue account has been settled before your service is restored, @Linalina - contact O2 Social Media team at the link just below if you have still have no service after 7 working days of submitting your payment.
Also consider setting up a direct debit so you do not have to remember each month, much simpler, @Linalina. Good luck!

Use Skype to call the specific payment management number 0800 902 0217 / 0800 032 5302 if it's gone beyond 48 hours since you paid.
Also helps to reboot your phone.
