Hi I'm trying to log into my account for some reason I have no connection with O2 as far as I am aware my bills are up-to-date . I have requested a code and it's not coming through, I also notice another number attached to my account I am not familiar with and a code was requested earlier.

This is a customer to customer community, not O2, so we cannot access your account, sorry.
You need to contact O2.
