I experienced some bad coverage as was working in a very remote area . My data was down so much that I didn’t have enough to load the o2 app properly . I needed to add a bolt on . When doing so my phone had to be switched off and on again due to update .
I never received notification of bolt on active . So tried again . Which went through ok I got the notification for it .
Hour later another notification for a bolt on.
Obviously I didn’t need two bolt Ons .
o2 have said they can’t refund me or take away one of the bolt Ons .
I’m confused will it stay until I use it or will they disappear after the one rollover .
??

Best just to make sure you use it all to get value from it.

If not used in the first month your bolt on will roll over for one month only.

I would guess that the system automatically would reject the second one anyway.
