I have already paid my bill with card payment and my service is still blocked.

It can take a few days for all the bits of a late payment to come together so service is restored, @Jimmysutton - best to give it a few days. In the meantime, explore the option of setting up a direct debit so you do not have the same problem another time - one less thing to have to remember, and it can be done in your MyO2.
